Ambient Temperature
Developing an ambient profile for validation testing can be a difficult task. An ambient profile is a combination of reasonable worst case
temperatures and reasonable worst-case time durations. It is best to have an intimate knowledge of the distribution path for
the majority of the shipments in order to develop an accurate temperature profile.
We can suggest excellent resource for the creation of an
ambient temperature profile can be found in the ISTA 7D, 7E standard or real transportation temperature data.
Test devices of Calibration
The test equipments are calibrated by KOLAS.
Products Developing Lead-Time
  • - Qualification Protocol : 5day
  • - Prototype : 5day
  • - Temperature mapping study : 2~3 week
  • - Validation and Report : 2~3months
Packout Considerations
1.Universal Packaging Configuration
-Meets both high and low limits of anticipated or expected temperature extremes within a distribution environment
-Systems include the same components regardless of the season or Temperature

2.Seasonal Packaging Configuration
-Meets either high or low limits of anticipated or expected temperature extremes within a distribution
-Must determine criteria for using/switching specific packout
