Q: Does the solution require a PC?
A: No, Emerald is an autonomous wireless data logger, you can communicate directly with your Smart phone
Q: What smart phone is compatible?
A: iPhone 4 & up and iPad 3 & up and Android OS will be open Apr. 2014
Q: What is the temperature range that can be measured by the sensors?
A: Modules are available in 3 ranges of temperature: from -20°C to + 60°C / -40°C to +85°C and -200°C to +200°C
Q: Can I change the battery myself?
A: Yes, all you need is a screwdriver to open the casing in order to change the battery. A special battery is used, but it is readily available on the market.
Q: Do I have to pay for the application?
A: No, Emerald View application, is totally free, you just have to download it on our website or on Apple store.
Q: How does the Cloud system work?
A: We offer our client the opportunity to stay connected and be able to check if everything went well during their product transportation.
The Cloud is an additional service that you can subscribe through you reseller. You can buy Vouchers from 5 to 10000 modules.
Connect yourself to the application Emerald View and enter the serial number written on the Voucher.
Connect your Emeralds.
The information collected is sent to the Cloud.
You can access it anytime anywhere.
